Regional Geography

I officially turned in my last pack for Regional Geography today. I'm sure everyone has experienced that little tingling of joy once you finish the last question on a big final and finally realize that your summer is about to start? Well...it wasn't quite like that. I finished the extra credit section on the Russia/Australia section (I didn't feel like looking anything up so I kinda just guessed at the answers), put it in the large white envelope, and let it sit on my desk. As soon as my shift finished I biked over to the Randall building and slid it underneath my prof's door. Ha. I gave a little whoop of joy but decided that I had to get back to my house to continue working on my U.S. History essays. There's quite a bit left to finish.

My goal was to complete U.S. History by August 10th, Amy's projected return date. Sadly, due to lack of motivation and it being summer out, I'm afraid that it has taken me at least two weeks to complete a one week assignment, and I'm not done yet. I did turn in one of my assignments (compare and contrast Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert C. Hoover, and Franklin D. Roosevelt) this morning though. I felt extremely bad for turning it in...it was a half hearted half distracted mode paper. Mmhh....I guess my prof liked it because he gave me a 35/35 on it. Not bad no? I just need to try to not goof up this next paper which will hopefully be turned in by Sunday. It entails: Briefly describe the impact of the following on American life and thought: Progressivism, World War I, and the Great Depression.

I should go read. Pray for concentration this weekend!
