¡¿QUE?!

I took these photos on the bus between Villazón and La Paz, Bolivia. It´s probably the nicest bus that I´ve ridden during this journey but definitely the one with the worst translation! Any idea what the second one is supposed mean?

'mantilla', i could understand if that means 'blanket', is that right? the translation i found online also says 'baby clothes' or 'baby diapers' or 'terry nappy', jaja.
