Yep...been fishin'

Growing up I never had the chances to fish much. We have some great fishing lakes up by Yala, but my father never took me there to fish (we did go often for picnicks though). I think it's great to be able to sit peacefully in the sun, watching nature, and having great conversations while you try to trick the fish into getting sweet piercings in their lips and cheeks. You reel them in, rip of the hooks, and toss them back. I wonder what the average is for catching the same fish before they die (of old age?). Disappointingly, the fish were not biting much. I think it had something to do with the river being mucky. Also, the ones that we did catch were WAY too small (smaller than 16 inches) and had to be thrown back. I got invited to go fishing again and might have to take advantage while I am on vacation.
